Cancellation Policy

At DataEquinox Technology and Research Private Limited, we provide flexible subscription plans designed to meet varying customer needs. The following outlines our cancellation policy for each subscription type:

1. Token-Based Subscription

Token-based subscriptions allow customers to purchase tokens that are consumed based on usage. Once the tokens are fully utilized, the subscription automatically expires. To continue using the platform, customers must recharge their accounts by purchasing additional tokens.
  • Cancellation Terms: Token-based subscriptions do not require formal cancellation as they expire automatically when the token balance reaches zero.
  • Refunds: Tokens that remain unused or have expired are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions remain active for the entire billing month and automatically expire at the end of the month unless renewed.
  • Cancellation Terms: This subscription type cannot be canceled mid-month. The subscription will run its full term until the end of the billing month.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial usage during the month. Customers are encouraged to review their needs before committing to this plan.

3. Yearly Subscription

Yearly subscriptions are valid for a full calendar year. Customers who no longer require the service have the option to cancel within the first three months of activation.
  • Cancellation Terms:
    • Within the first three months, customers can cancel by paying an early termination fee equivalent to three months of the monthly subscription rate.
    • After the first three months, the subscription cannot be canceled and will remain active until the year’s end.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not applicable for partial usage beyond the initial three-month cancellation window.

Renewals and Notifications

We ensure customers are informed well in advance of subscription expirations to avoid service interruptions:
  • For token-based subscriptions, notifications are sent when the token balance falls below a minimum threshold.
  • For monthly subscriptions, renewal reminders are sent 10 days, 5 days, 2 days, and 1 day before expiration.
  • For yearly subscriptions, notifications are issued 1 month, 15 days, 10 days, 5 days, 2 days, and 1 day before expiration.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business working days. Subscriptions that are already activated or partially used are not eligible for refunds. We encourage customers to select their subscription plans carefully to match their requirements.
